  • The Portal’s messaging system is intended only for client–law firm communications.

  • You agree not to send spam, offensive content, or unlawful material.

  • You must not upload malware or malicious files.

  • We may refuse to accept or remove files that violate these terms.


7. Zoom Consultations

  • Online consultations via Zoom are subject to Zoom’s own Terms of Service.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your technology works before the meeting.

  • Meetings may be recorded only with written consent of all parties.


8. Payments & Invoices

  • Payment terms will be detailed on each invoice.

  • Late payment may result in suspension of Portal access.

  • All payments are processed securely via paystack.


9. Confidentiality & Data Security

  • We use encryption and security measures to protect your data.

  • However, no system is 100% secure; you acknowledge and accept this risk.
